For your convenience, we are now providing you with the opportunity to report your claim online. Please include all requested information, especially a phone number where you can be reached during the day. Although this is another way to report your claim, it is not a substitute for human contact. The information you provide is a notification of loss only. A claim representative will contact you to obtain all pertinent claim information.
Please be aware certain losses are best reported over the phone. We request that any loss involving total theft of a vehicle, injured parties or residence that is unlivable be called in to your carrier or us.
What should you do if you have a claim?
- Notify us as soon as possible. The sooner we know about your claim, the sooner we can start working for you.
- Notify the police if your claim involves any theft, vandalism or hit-and-run damage.
- In the event of a homeowner's claim, protect your property from further damage. Make any reasonable and necessary repairs such as calling a plumber or tarping a roof, and keep receipts of any repairs made.
- Promptly submit to us any notice or legal papers you receive in regards to a liability claim.
- Do not voluntarily make a payment or assume any obligation in a liability claim except at your own expense. Your claim professional is there to make liability determinations for you.
